张腾，北京大学计算机学院助理研究员，长期从事后摩尔器件与集成技术、感存算一体、智能计算芯片等研究，已发表学术论文60余篇，被引用超过3800次，H指数为26，以一作或通讯作者发表Nature Electronics、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、National Science Review等顶级期刊论文10余篇，多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文、 期刊封面和编辑精选。申请国内外发明专利10余项。主持/参与国家自然科学基金青年、面上、重点，科技部重点研发计划等多项国家/省部级项目。作为Nature Communications, IEEE TED, IEEE EDL, Communications Engineering, Frontiers in Neuroscience等期刊和会议的审稿人。

Biography

Zhang Teng is a research assistant professor at the School of Computer Science, Peking University. He has long been engaged in research on post-Moore devices and integration technology, in-memory-computing, in-sensor-computing, hardware-software co-optimization. He has published over 60 papers in top-tier journals and conferences (with 10+ as the first or corresponding author) in Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, National Science Review, IEDM/JSSC/ESSERC, among others. He has been cited more than 3,800 times, with an H-index of 26. Several of his papers have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited Papers, featured as journal covers, or selected as Editors’ Picks. He is also the primary inventor for over ten patents in China and the U.S. He serves as a reviewer for journals and conferences such as Nature Communications, IEEE TED, IEEE EDL, Communications Engineering, and Frontiers in Neuroscience.
